HR Manager

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on Experience & Capability)
About the Company
De Decorfit Interiors LLP is a growing interiors and manufacturing company based in Kerala, focused on delivering quality joinery, furniture, and interior execution services. We are building a structured and performance-driven organization and are looking for a responsible and proactive HR Manager to lead and manage our HR operations professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for factory, site & office staff
- Maintain employee documentation and structured onboarding process
- Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Labour Laws, Gratuity, etc.)
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, contracts & HR records
- Monitor attendance, leave management & payroll coordination
- Implement performance evaluation and discipline systems
- Handle employee grievances and workforce management
- Maintain HR reports and manpower planning
- Support management in scaling workforce efficiently
Candidate Requirements
- 4–7 years of HR experience
- Strong command over English and Hindi (mandatory)
- Malayalam preferred
- Good knowledge of Indian labour laws & compliance
- Experience in Construction / Interiors / Manufacturing preferred
- Experience handling 30+ employees preferred
- Strong documentation, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to build structured HR processes
Gulf (UAE / Middle East) HR exposure will be an added advantage.
