Designation: Executive / Officer – Accounts & Admin
Location: Chandigarh (Panchkula)
Experience: 2 to 3 years
Job Responsibilities: Managing end to end Accounts and Admin functions.
Duties:
Finance –
- Maintain existing financial systems including petty cash, expenses, travel claims, income & expenditure records.
- Process all payments through online / offline mode as per the business requirement.
- Monthly Bank Reconciliation
- Provide Monthly Financial Reports to Director(s)
- Project financial budgets as required
- Process salary payments
- Liaison with Relationship Managers (banks) and help smooth flow of transactions for the business accounts
- Carry out TDS activities
- Auditing all records on a timely basis
Office Management –
- Ensuring Office Management and functioning smoothly.
- Monitoring Office Boy’s duties daily
- Building good networks with Vendors for timely support in Office
- To process all admin expenses in time.
- Maintaining Admin reports for Directors Review
Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent Knowledge of Tally, Microsoft Office usage experience, Ability to multi-task, Vendor management, Balance Sheet Preparations, Returns filing/ Tax management, Flexibility, Attention to Detail
