We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to help expand our client base and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, email marketing, networking, and other lead generation channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions and services.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with potential clients.
- Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and project estimates.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth project onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM tools.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong lead generation and client acquisition abilities.
- Knowledge of IT services such as Web Development, Mobile App Development, SEO, Digital Marketing, and Software Development.
- Ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and email outreach.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven mindset.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
