Key Responsibilities
Treatments
- Skin: chemical peels, micro needling, PRP, laser (hair reduction, pigmentation, tightening)
- Hair: PRP, GFC, mesotherapy for hair loss
- Advanced: thread lifts, facial contouring (leveraging OMFS expertise)
Consultation & Planning
- Assess client concerns, diagnose underlying causes (skin/hair/structural)
- Design personalized treatment plans with clear schedules and milestones
- Explain procedures, risks, and expected outcomes
Progress & Post-Care
- Track progress each session (photos, notes); adjust plan as needed
- Prescribe and follow up on post-care compliance to ensure results
Sales & Retention
- Upsell existing clients to complementary treatments
- Independently close new client consultations, or with manager support
- Track conversion and retention metrics
Clinical/Admin
- Maintain records, ensure sterilization/infection control
- Stay updated via CMEs; support marketing content (before/after, with consent)
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
