About the Role
Henceforth Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a professional and proactive Admin Assistant to support daily administrative operations while ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a confident personality, and strong client relationship management abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client communication via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules.
- Handle client inquiries and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and administrative databases.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow and task completion.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents as required.
- Support day-to-day office administration and operational activities.
- Welcome clients and visitors in a professional manner.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Administration, Client Coordination, Front Office, Customer Support, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Confident, professional, and presentable personality.
- Strong client relationship and coordination skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the IT or Software industry.
- Experience coordinating with domestic and international clients.
