Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Project Lead (PMO) to manage project coordination, stakeholder communication, and PMO operations for large-scale banking transformation projects. The ideal candidate should have strong project governance, resource planning, and delivery coordination experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities across multiple offices and stakeholders.
- Manage project schedules, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate between onsite and offshore teams for project deliveries and releases.
- Track project progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders regarding project invoicing and documentation.
- Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
- Ensure compliance with project governance standards and reporting requirements.
- Facilitate communication among business, technical, and vendor teams.
- Support project planning, release management, and execution activities.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management Office (PMO) or Project Coordination.
- Strong knowledge of project lifecycle and governance.
- Experience in stakeholder and resource management.
- Hands-on experience with MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA, or similar project management tools.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working on large-scale Banking/BFSI projects.
- Exposure to enterprise application implementation projects.
- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
