Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update data records in Excel and company software
- Prepare reports, invoices, and production-related documentation
- Handle data entry with accuracy and timely updates
- Maintain files, records, and office documentation
- Coordinate with different departments for data collection and reporting
- Ensure proper record keeping and document management
Preferred Qualification:
- 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline
- Basic computer certification will be an added advantage
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Email Handling
- Fast and accurate data entry skills
- Basic knowledge of computer operations and office administration
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
