Hiring: Floor Coordinator (BSc Nursing)
Wellphy Medical Hub is seeking a motivated and responsible nursing professional to join our team as a Floor Coordinator. This role is ideal for candidates who can effectively oversee day-to-day floor activities, support patient service delivery, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams in a rehabilitation-focused healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily floor activities to ensure smooth operational flow and quality patient support.
- Coordinate and guide nursing and support staff, including GDAs, ANMs, and GNMs.
- Facilitate effective communication between floor teams and management.
- Support the implementation of patient care plans and service standards.
- Monitor staff schedules, attendance, and task allocation.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with rehabilitation and clinical teams to support patient care services.
- Respond to patient concerns and help maintain a positive care experience.
- Promote teamwork, accountability, and professional conduct among staff.
- Assist in resolving operational and staff-related concerns and escalate matters when required.
- Support staff development through orientation, coaching, and periodic team discussions.
Eligibility
- BSc Nursing qualification is mandatory.
- Previous experience in hospital operations, patient care coordination, rehabilitation services, or healthcare administration is preferred.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Effective communication and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic healthcare setting.
Location: Wellphy Medical Hub
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
