Key Responsibilities:
§ Ensure processing of all Work Orders (TT) for fixed line businesses in the client provided CRM applications with the given SLAs and quality metrics.
§ Understand the client requirement and provision the services and close the WOs in the systems
§ Key tasks include validation of orders, Vendor qualification, Pricing and rate management.
§ Take complete ownership of the cases and ensure closure of the WOs successfully
§ Identify process improvement opportunities and implement the same in consultation with TLs
§ Inter-department coordination for Order exception/execution management.
§ Data Integrity Check and validation during Order execution.
- Work on scheduling different activities and notify end customer
- Manage end to end project till completion
- Take follow up, coordinate with different teams, stake holders and customer,
for timely closure of project
- Escalate issue to respective team/person
- Sending timely notification to end customer related to project
§ Handling customers queries/complaints and divert them to concern department
Qualification:
BSC / B.Com / M.Com/ BA / MA / MBA / IT Graduate, BCA etc.
Experience:
1-3 years of Telecom experience preferably in Telecom fulfilment activities, Experience of working in Telecom related processes, understanding of overall Service Fulfilment process for a Telco, Understanding of Carrier services, circuit provisioning, Order orchestration.
