Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Branch Manager to oversee the overall operations of the branch. The role involves managing the team, driving student enrolments, ensuring smooth processes, and achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the branch
- Lead and supervise counselling, visa, and marketing teams
- Drive sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Monitor team performance and provide training and guidance
- Handle student and parent escalations professionally
- Develop strategies to increase leads and conversions
- Ensure smooth coordination between departments
- Maintain relationships with partner universities and stakeholders
- Track and manage data through CRM systems
- Conduct seminars, events, and promotional activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)
- 3–7 years of experience in study abroad / education industry
- Prior experience in team handling and branch operations
- Strong knowledge of study abroad destinations (UK, Canada, Europe, etc.)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Target-oriented mindset with proven performance
