Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process customer invoices, supplier payments, and journal entries.
- Maintain accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) records.
- Monitor customer collections and follow up on overdue payments.
- Reconcile bank statements, customer accounts, supplier accounts, and general ledger balances.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Support inventory accounting by reconciling raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods inventories.
- Assist in cost accounting, including monitoring production costs, material costs, labor costs, and manufacturing overhead.
- Coordinate with the Production, Procurement, Warehouse, and Sales departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Process employee expense claims and petty cash transactions.
- Prepare GST/VAT returns and ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations.
- Assist with internal and external audits by providing required financial documentation.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and calculate depreciation.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and accounting standards.
- Generate financial and management reports for decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and internal controls.
Pay: ₹10,671.47 - ₹25,614.90 per month
