An HR Recruiter manages full-cycle recruitment. They partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs, write job descriptions, source talent through platforms like LinkedIn, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and guide top talent through the offer, negotiation, and onboarding processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Talent Acquisition: Design and post job descriptions across career boards, social networks (e.g., LinkedIn), and internal referral systems.
- Screening & Interviewing: Review incoming resumes, conduct phone screens, and coordinate in-depth interviews with hiring managers.
- Candidate Experience: Guide candidates through the hiring process, ensuring clear communication, prompt feedback, and a positive employer brand.
- Offer Management: Facilitate salary negotiations, draft employment offers, and coordinate pre-employment checks.
- Data Management: Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) and maintain accurate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Typically 2+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
- Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional written, verbal communication, and negotiation abilities.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
