Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and confident Calling Executive who will be responsible for contacting prospective clients, introducing the company's services, explaining the company profile, generating leads, and scheduling meetings for the sales team. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with potential customers.
Key ResponsibilitiesOutbound Calling
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients from the provided database.
- Introduce the company and explain its services in a professional manner.
- Generate business leads and identify potential opportunities.
Company Profile Briefing
- Explain the company profile, services, and key offerings to prospective clients.
- Answer basic queries regarding company operations and services.
- Share company presentations, brochures, and other relevant information via email or WhatsApp.
Lead Management
- Maintain records of all calls and client interactions.
- Update lead status in Excel, CRM, or internal tracking systems.
- Follow up with interested prospects and schedule meetings for the sales team.
Customer Relationship
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Ensure timely follow-up on inquiries and requests.
- Handle client concerns professionally and escalate issues when required.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare daily and weekly calling reports.
- Track lead conversion and follow-up activities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer communications.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Service, Lead Generation, or Sales Support.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Email communication.
- Ability to handle multiple calls and maintain records.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of calls made per day.
- Qualified leads generated.
- Meetings scheduled for the sales team.
- Follow-up conversion rate.
- Accuracy of lead database and reporting.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
