Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Synergics ERP Manager to manage and oversee ERP operations within our Jewellery Manufacturing business. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth system operations, data accuracy, department coordination, reporting, and providing ERP support to users.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the Synergics ERP system and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Handle ERP modules related to Production, Inventory, Sales, Purchase, Order Processing, and Accounts.
- Coordinate with Production, Sales, Purchase, Accounts, Inventory, and other departments for ERP-related requirements.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry and system updates.
- Monitor inventory, stock movement, production status, and order-related information through the ERP system.
- Generate and analyze MIS reports, inventory reports, production reports, sales reports, and other operational reports.
- Identify system issues and coordinate with the software support or technical team for resolution.
- Manage ERP user access, permissions, and system-related controls.
- Provide training and support to employees for effective use of the Synergics ERP system.
- Ensure data accuracy, proper documentation, and adherence to company processes.
- Suggest and implement improvements to streamline business processes and ERP workflows.
- Coordinate with management regarding ERP reports, system performance, and operational requirements.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Synergics ERP Software.
- Experience in the Jewellery Manufacturing Industry will be preferred.
- Good understanding of Production and Inventory processes.
- Strong knowledge of MIS Reporting and MS Excel.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong team coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple departments and ERP-related activities.
Qualification
Graduate / Post Graduate or relevant qualification in IT, Computer Applications, Business Administration, or related field.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 3–7 years of relevant experience in ERP management.
- Experience in Jewellery Manufacturing or Jewellery Export Industry.
- Strong understanding of business processes and ERP implementation.
- Ability to independently manage ERP operations and support users.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
