Lawfy & Co. is a growing legal firm dedicated to providing top-tier legal services. We are looking for a dynamic, organized, and proactive HR & Administrative Executive to join our team in Newtown.
In this multi-faceted role, you will be the backbone of our office operations, managing end-to-end HR practices, handling day-to-end administrative tasks, and acting as a key point of contact for client coordination. Key Responsibilities
- Human Resources Management:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles, from sourcing profiles to scheduling interviews
- Handle employee onboarding, document verification, and drafting formal letters (Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, Policy Documents).
- Maintain accurate personnel records, attendance logs, and assist in basic payroll/CTC structuring.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Oversee daily office operations, inventory management, and maintenance of office supplies.
- Manage formal documentation, filing systems, and official correspondence.
- Coordinate internal schedules, meetings, and firm events.
- Client Coordination & Communication:
- Act as a professional liaison between clients and the firm’s legal team.
- Follow up with clients regarding documentation, scheduling consultations, and updates as directed by management.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience in HR, administration, or corporate coordination. Freshers with the right attitude are highly encouraged to apply.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Bengali/Hindi.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic email etiquette.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong organizational skills, multitasking ability, and a professional, patient demeanor when dealing with clients.
