Position: Digital Marketing Faculty (AI & Claude Specialist)

Position Summary
Blitz Academy is seeking a passionate and industry-experienced Digital Marketing Faculty with expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools, prompt engineering, and AI-powered content creation platforms including Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and other emerging technologies. The ideal candidate should be capable of training students in both traditional and AI-driven digital marketing strategies while preparing them for real-world industry requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Training & Instruction
* Deliver classroom and practical training in Digital Marketing and AI-powered Marketing.
* Teach SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, and Analytics.
* Conduct hands-on sessions on AI tools such as:
* Claude AI
* ChatGPT
* Google Gemini
* Perplexity AI
* Midjourney
* Canva AI
* AI Video Generation Tools
* Train students in Prompt Engineering for marketing applications.
* Develop and update curriculum based on current industry trends.
AI & Marketing Integration
* Demonstrate the use of AI for:
* Content Creation
* Copywriting
* Social Media Campaigns
* Blog Writing
* Ad Creative Generation
* Video Script Creation
* Email Campaign Automation
* Customer Journey Mapping
* Marketing Analytics
* Teach students how to use Claude and ChatGPT for business communication and marketing workflows.
* Introduce AI-assisted SEO and keyword research techniques.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
* Certification in Digital Marketing preferred.
* AI Certifications or practical expertise in Generative AI tools will be an added advantage.
Experience
* Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
* Minimum 1 year of teaching/training experience preferred.
* Demonstrated experience using Claude, ChatGPT, and other AI tools in professional marketing projects.
