- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices in web development to enhance team productivity and project quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with project objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python Frameworks.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to complement backend development.
- Strong understanding of web application architecture and RESTful API integration.
- Familiarity with version control systems to manage codebase effectively.
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex web application issues.
- Knowledge of database management and query optimization techniques.
