Power Platform Developer
Your Tasks.
Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot Studio and related technologies
Use the latest technologies, i.e. AI Agents, to build relevant solutions
Analyze existing business processes and identify automation opportunities
Conduct processing mining and optimization to maximize automation efficiency
Provide technical guidance and best practices for RPA implementation
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs
Perform testing and quality assurance of automated processes
Train and support end-users in utilizing automated solutions, ensure onboarding of users onto the developed application and share best practices
Manage small to mid-size projects, including Planning, execution and reporting within our governance framework
Support and coach from colleagues which are developing small applications within our ‘creator’ program.

Your Qualification:
Bachelor / master’s degree in computer science, AI, Information Technology, or related field
3+ years of experience in Process Improvement and RPA implementation and consulting
Experience in LLM's is a plus
Strong understanding of API integration and web services
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills and strong communication skills
Strong expertise in Microsoft Power Automate & Apps, including desktop and cloud flows
