Role Overview:
We are looking for Zoho One Expert and Freshers who can work in team to manage, customize, and optimize the entire Zoho ecosystem for our business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for streamlining operations, automating workflows, and ensuring seamless integration across all Zoho applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement, manage, and optimize Zoho One Suite (CRM, Books, Inventory, Creator, Desk, etc.)
Customize modules, fields, workflows, and automation as per business needs
Integrate Zoho apps with internal processes and third-party tools
Build dashboards, reports, and data analytics for decision-making
Automate sales, operations, and customer management workflows
Ensure data accuracy, security, and system efficiency
Train internal team members on Zoho tools and best practices
Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing technical support
Requirements:
Knowledge of Deluge scripting or willingness to learn it
Proven experience working with Zoho One Suite (end-to-end)
Strong knowledge of Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, and Zoho Creator
Experience in automation, workflows, and API integrations
Basic understanding of business operations (sales, accounting, inventory)
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Good to Have:
Experience in B2B or printing/packaging industry
Prior experience in scaling systems for growing businesses
