Key Responsibilities
- Production Planning: Create daily, weekly, and monthly manufacturing schedules to align with business targets.(Gatti)
- Floor Operations: Supervise craftsmen, artisans (karigars), and assembly lines to maximize productivity and minimize material loss.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to high standards for metal purity (gold/silver), gemstone grading, and final finish.
- Supply Chain & Inventory: Manage raw material stock (precious metals, stones) and coordinate with external vendors or designers.
- Problem Solving: Identify manufacturing bottlenecks and execute preventive or corrective measures promptly.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 5 to 10+ years of hands-on experience in jewelry manufacturing or workshop floor management.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
