We are looking for a motivated and customer-friendly Telecalling Executive for our two-wheeler workshop. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, booking service appointments, following up with customers, promoting workshop services, and maintaining customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Call existing and potential customers regarding vehicle servicing and repair offers.
- Schedule and confirm service appointments for two-wheelers.
- Follow up with customers after service completion for feedback and satisfaction.
- Inform customers about periodic maintenance, insurance renewal, and special workshop offers.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries politely and professionally.
- Maintain customer database and call records accurately.
- Coordinate with service advisors and workshop staff for smooth customer handling.
- Achieve daily calling and follow-up targets.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Basic computer knowledge and phone handling skills.
- Experience in telecalling, customer support, or automobile service industry preferred.
- Positive attitude and convincing skills.
