Qualification: BBA/MBA
Experience: 2–4 years of experience in Retail Operations, Sales Coordination, Trade Marketing, or Retail Management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Retail Sales & Manpower Management
· Monitor and track daily VBA/FVBA performance, including growth and degrowth analysis.
· Manage monthly manpower planning and hiring requirements through approved recruitment channels
· Coordinate fast-track hiring processes to address urgent manpower requirements.
· Ensure smooth onboarding, probation monitoring, and deployment of VBA/FVBA resources.
· Handle VBA Care queries and provide timely resolutions to field employees.
· Monitor attrition trends and implement retention initiatives.
2. Sales Performance Analysis & Planning
· Prepare and analyze sales reports, including low-sales performance reports and MoM trends.
· Conduct VBA/FVBA attrition, incentive, and productivity analysis.
· Track competition promoter deployment, incentive structures, and market activities.
· Develop action plans to improve sales productivity and retail performance.
· Monitor focus model sales and ensure achievement of business targets.
3. Business Development & Lead Management
· Coordinate with branch teams to convert online leads into retail sales.
· Monitor and support competition scheme implementation and market activities.
· Assist in executing new product launch (NPL) plans and retail activation programs.
· Support sales-driving initiatives and retail engagement activities.
4. Training & Employee Development
· Coordinate grooming, certification, and development activities for VBA/FVBA teams.
· Organize training programs, knowledge assessments, and refresher sessions.
· Manage the X-Pert VBA Program, including selection, training, and performance tracking.
· Ensure grooming kits, uniforms, and employee identification requirements are fulfilled.
5. Retail Operations & Reporting
· Prepare and maintain operational reports including:
- VBA/FVBA Data Reports
- Retailer Data Reports
- Champions Board Reports
- 100 Shop Data Reports
- Sales Performance Reports
· Coordinate with Branch Managers, Team Leaders, and Sales Managers for operational follow-ups.
· Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and reporting standards.
6. Event & Project Management
· Coordinate and execute Champions Night and other employee engagement programs.
· Prepare presentations, reports, and required documentation for management reviews.
· Support NPL activities including pre-booking plans, promotional events, live sessions, and market activations.
· Coordinate with the Design Team for marketing creatives and communication materials.
7. VBA Engagement & Retention
· Manage VBA exit cases and retention discussions.
· Facilitate VBA reshuffling and deployment based on sales performance and business requirements.
· Support Senior VBA projects and incentive management.
· Monitor certification status and career progression of VBA/FVBA employees.
8. Market Intelligence & Field Operations
· Conduct market visits as required to evaluate retail performance and competitor activities.
· Gather market insights and recommend improvement opportunities.
· Ensure proper execution of retail standards and promoter productivity initiatives.
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
