1. E-commerce & Logistics Support
- Order Fulfilment: Supervise and support daily order processing and coordinate with the warehouse/logistics team for timely product dispatch.
- Inventory Reconciliation: Assist in inventory audits and stock reconciliation to learn how online inventory is managed and synced via Shopify.
- Omnichannel Coordination: Assist in reconciling stock with our offline clinic platform, developing a clear understanding of how online and offline inventory systems connect.
2. Influencer Coordination & Social Media
- Influencer Management: Coordinate with influencers for product dispatch, timelines, and deliverables. Guide them on content expectations, brand tone, and campaign requirements.
- Campaign Follow-ups: Proactively follow up for reels, stories, posts, and content approvals. Collect, save, and organize influencer content for internal use.
- Content Calendar Support: Contribute ideas for Instagram reels, stories, posts, and campaigns. Help maintain the monthly social media content calendar by coordinating with creators, designers, doctors, and internal teams.
3. Event Planning & Execution
- On-Ground Activations: Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing store events, exhibitions, customer activations, launches, and promotional activities.
- Vendor & Venue Management: Coordinate with external vendors, venues, agencies, and internal teams to ensure deliverables are met and event expenses are tracked.
- Logistics & Branding: Manage event materials like standees, brochures, gifts, and branding elements. Support on-ground setup and execution.
- Data & Media Capture: Support live social media coverage through photos, videos, and real-time event updates. Collect customer data on-site, ensure timely CRM entry, and assist in preparing basic post-event reports on leads and attendance.
