Key Responsibilities
Contact potential and existing customers via telephone.
Promote personal loans, business loans, home loans, vehicle loans, or other financial products.
Explain loan features, interest rates, eligibility criteria, and repayment terms.
Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable loan products.
Generate and qualify leads from company-provided databases and referrals.
Follow up with interested customers and convert inquiries into loan applications.
Collect and verify preliminary customer information and documents.
Coordinate with the loan processing team to ensure smooth application handling.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM software.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
Stay updated on company loan products, policies, and market trends.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
