Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Recruiter to manage our end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sourcing high-quality talent, conducting insightful interviews, and evaluating candidates to meet our growing business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Job Design: Collaborate with department managers to draft and update comprehensive job descriptions tailored to company requirements.
- Strategic Sourcing: Actively source potential candidates through cold calling and various digital platforms including LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Job Hai, and Facebook.
- Outreach: Craft professional and engaging recruiting emails to attract top-tier talent.
- Candidate Screening: Review incoming resumes and applications to ensure alignment with role specifications.
- Interview Management: Conduct multi-stage interviews via telephone, video conferencing, and in-person meetings.
- Future Planning: Work closely with leadership to forecast and identify future hiring needs.
Requirements and Skills
- Professional Experience: Minimum of 2 to 3 years of dedicated experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar recruitment-focused role.
- Sourcing Expertise: Proficiency in advanced sourcing techniques and candidate evaluation methods.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Bengali, and Hindi are essential for this role.
- Technical Skills: Working knowledge of MS Excel for maintaining recruitment trackers and databases.
- Relationship Management: Ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and build a strong talent pipeline.
Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
