Job Description
Tissa Technology is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with 0–3 years of experience in B2B marketing to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in digital marketing campaigns, lead generation, and performance marketing.
This role requires a creative and data-driven professional who can plan and execute marketing strategies to generate quality leads and improve online presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute lead generation campaigns
- Manage PPC and SEM campaigns (Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads)
- Execute email marketing and marketing automation campaigns
- Create marketing content such as blogs, case studies, landing pages, and video scripts
- Perform SEO activities including technical SEO and on-page optimization
- Manage company social media accounts (LinkedIn, X, YouTube)
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare analytics and performance reports
- Optimize campaigns based on data and performance metrics
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing (B2B preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Lead Generation strategies
- Experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
- Knowledge of SEO and SEM tools
- Experience with Email Marketing tools
- Good communication and content writing skills
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and HubSpot is preferred
- Experience with Photoshop, CorelDraw, Illustrator, or Canva is an advantage
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field preferred
