Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with students and parents via meetings, calls, emails, and online platforms to guide them through the admission process.

- Conduct regular follow-ups with interested candidates to support successful enrollments.

- Manage timely collection of fees and pending payments as per company norms.

- Handle the complete student process from enquiry to admission, onboarding, documentation, and ongoing support.

- Ensure a positive and supportive experience for students and parents.

- Resolve questions and concerns quickly and efficiently.

- Maintain compliance with internal rules, processes, and reporting systems.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and student assistance.
