Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Vertical Head to lead the sales and business development function for our Exhibition Booth Design & Fabrication vertical. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in selling custom exhibition stands, pavilion projects, and turnkey exhibition solutions to national and international clients. The role requires developing new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, driving revenue growth, and leading a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Generate new business from domestic and international exhibitors, brands, government organizations, and event agencies.
- Identify upcoming exhibitions globally and build a robust sales pipeline.
- Acquire new clients while maintaining and growing existing key accounts.
- Lead client presentations, proposal development, negotiations, and contract closures.
- Coordinate with design, production, estimation, and project management teams to deliver winning proposals.
- Build long-term relationships with exhibition organizers, industry associations, and strategic partners.
- Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and business meetings.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, pipeline reports, and business reviews.
- Recruit, mentor, and manage the sales team while ensuring achievement of individual and team KPIs.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 8–15+ years of experience in exhibition booth design and fabrication sales.
- Proven track record of selling custom exhibition stands and turnkey exhibition solutions.
- Strong network with exhibitors, corporate clients, event agencies, and exhibition organizers.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Experience handling both domestic and international clients.
- Knowledge of exhibition industry pricing, fabrication processes, and project execution.
- Strong leadership, team management, and strategic planning abilities.
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally as required.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
