Role Overview
The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in talent sourcing and candidate generation, with knowledge of Boolean Search, LinkedIn Recruitment, and job portals. You will support hiring across Technology, Digital, Analytics, Operations, and Business functions.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, X-Ray Search, and social platforms
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines
Conduct market mapping and competitor research
Screen resumes and conduct HR qualification calls
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Track sourcing metrics and pipeline strength
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
0–1 year of experience in sourcing or recruitment
Exposure to IT / Technology or Corporate hiring
Understanding of the Hyderabad talent market
Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and job portals
