Job Description – Sales Manager
Location: The LaLiT Ashok Bangalore
Business Unit: The LaLiT Golf & Spa Resort Goa
Role Overview
The Sales Manager will be based in Bengaluru and will be responsible for generating room, MICE, weddings, and leisure business for The LaLiT Golf & Spa Resort Goa. The role focuses on developing corporate relationships, driving revenue, and promoting the resort in the Karnataka market.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate room, MICE, wedding, and leisure business for The LaLiT Golf & Spa Resort Goa.
- Identify and acquire new corporate accounts, travel partners, and event planners.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients to maximize repeat business.
- Conduct sales calls, client meetings, presentations, and networking events.
- Negotiate contracts and close business in line with hotel revenue objectives.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with the Goa Sales, Revenue, and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution of bookings.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and account updates in the CRM.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry.
- Strong network within the Bengaluru corporate and travel market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively within the assigned market.
