Global Talent Acquisition Specialist
- Manage end-to-end Global/US recruitment. - Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals.
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate pipelines.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and close positions.
- Handle offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and meet hiring targets.
Required: Global/US Recruitment experience, strong sourcing and communication skills, and knowledge of US hiring practices.
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
