Job Summary:
Dr. Aravind IVF Hospital is looking for an experienced and dynamic Centre Head to lead operations at our Tirupur and Erode centers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overall center management, driving business growth, ensuring high-quality patient care, and leading multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the IVF centers in Tirupur and Erode
- Drive patient acquisition, revenue growth, and profitability
- Ensure exceptional patient experience and service quality
- Lead, mentor, and manage clinical, nursing, and administrative teams
- Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, quality standards, and SOPs
- Coordinate with doctors and senior management for strategic planning
- Manage budgets, cost control, and resource allocation
- Build strong relationships with referring doctors and partners
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 5–10 years of experience in hospital/healthcare management
- Prior experience in IVF, fertility centers, or specialty hospitals is highly preferred
- Strong leadership, operational, and decision-making skills
- Proven track record in team management and business growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience handling multi-center operations
- Knowledge of IVF processes and patient lifecycle
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
