Occupational Therapist – Job Description
Position: Occupational Therapist
Key Responsibilities:
Assess patients’ functional abilities and rehabilitation needs
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
Improve activities of daily living (ADL) and motor skills
Maintain patient records and progress reports
Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for patient care
Required Skills:
Strong clinical and communication skills
Patient-centered approach
Documentation and reporting skills
Teamwork and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage caseload effectively
Qualification:
Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy (BOT/MOT)
Valid registration/license as applicable
Experience:
Freshers or experienced candidates can apply.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
