Position: Telecaller
We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Telecaller to strengthen our sales team and communicate with customers across Pan India, with a primary focus on South India.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with textile manufacturers and dealers.
- Introduce company products and generate sales enquiries.
- Follow up on quotations, orders, and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with the sales and dispatch teams for order execution.
- Maintain customer records and call reports.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in Tamil is mandatory
- Good command of English/Hindi
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM, etc.).
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers across India.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales is preferred.
