- Assist with the hiring process by reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and following up with candidates.
- Coordinate orientation and training sessions for new employees.
- Maintain employee databases and documentation records.
- Assist with payroll processing and documentation, including tracking employee attendance, Leave, Lay-Off, Overtime, and left employees.
- download data from bio matric system and track with employees attendance.
- Manage employee benefits, such as processing enrolments, and health benefits.
- Assist the HR manager with formulating policies, procedures, and changes.
- Support HR-related training programs, workshops, and seminars
- Oversee HR events and meetings and coordinate management-employee communications
- Write and submit reports on general HR activities.
- Help during exit interviews and complete termination documentation.
