We are looking for an individual who can maintain a structured, safe, and nurturing environment while delivering exceptional pastoral care.
Key Responsibilities
- Student Welfare: Oversee the day-to-day well-being, health, hygiene, and safety of residential students.
- Discipline & Routine: Maintain discipline and ensure students adhere to the campus schedule (study hours, meals, lights-out, and co-curricular activities).
- Pastoral Care: Act as a mentor and guide, helping students navigate homesickness, personal growth, and communal living.
- Administration: Coordinate with the school mess, medical room, and campus security to ensure smooth hostel operations.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience working as a Hostel Warden/House Parent specifically within a reputed International or Premium Boarding School environment.
- Communication Skills: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills in English. Ability to communicate effectively, firmly, and empathetically with students, parents, and school management.
- Traits: High emotional intelligence, patience, problem-solving skills, and a strong sense of responsibility.
