Position: Sales Manager – Corporate Gifting
Location: Mumbai
About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager – Corporate Gifting to drive
business growth for our range of healthcare and wellness products, including Blood Pressure
Monitors, Thermometers, Smart BCA Scales, and other consumer medical devices. The ideal
candidate should have a strong network within the corporate gifting industry and a proven track
record of managing and growing large-scale B2B sales across India.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales and business development for corporate gifting opportunities across India.
Develop and manage relationships with corporate gifting channel partners, distributors, and aggregators nationwide.
Build strong connections with Marketing Managers, Procurement Heads, HR Heads, Brand
Managers, and Marketing Heads across pharma and non-pharma organizations.
Identify and acquire new corporate clients for employee wellness programs, customer
engagement initiatives, promotional campaigns, and festive gifting requirements.
Manage end-to-end sales cycles, including prospecting, negotiations, commercial
discussions, order closures, and post-sales relationship management.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely execution, inventory planning, and
customer satisfaction.
Develop annual business plans and achieve assigned revenue and profitability targets.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the corporate
gifting and healthcare product segments.
Prepare regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business reviews for management.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
5–10+ years of experience in Corporate Gifting Sales, Institutional Sales, B2B Sales, or
Channel Sales.
Prior experience selling medical devices, healthcare products, wellness products, or
consumer healthcare electronics such as:
o Blood Pressure Monitors
o Thermometers
o Smart BCA Scales
o Health & Wellness Devices
Strong network within corporate gifting agencies, channel partners, procurement teams,
and large enterprises across India.
Established relationships with decision-makers in pharma and non-pharma companies.
Demonstrated experience in managing and growing a business portfolio of INR 10 Crore+
annually.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
Willingness to travel extensively across India.

Growth of healthcare and wellness product sales through corporate gifting channels.
Preferred Experience:
Experience working with healthcare brands, medical device companies, wellness product
manufacturers, or corporate gifting organizations.
Existing relationships with leading corporate gifting companies, procurement agencies, pharmaceutical companies, and large corporate accounts.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
