Job Summary
Roy Overseas is looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to handle student leads, provide basic counselling, and convert inquiries into admissions for UG/PG Medical, Engineering, other programs and Overseas Education programs.
Experience: Freshers & Experienced candidates are welcome
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to leads and handle inbound inquiries.
- Provide basic guidance about courses, colleges, and admission processes.
- Follow up with students through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Maintain lead data and conversion records.
- Generate new leads via calls, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Maintain follow-ups and client relationships.
Requirements:
- Any graduate (0–2 years experience in telecalling /sales preferred).
- Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
- Strong communication, convincing, target-oriented and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
