Role Overview
Lead the complete sales ecosystem for ongoing and upcoming plotting projects.
Manage direct sales teams, CP sourcing teams, site visit conversions, revenue generation, and monthly sales target achievement.
Drive aggressive target-based execution and team coordination.
Primary Monthly Target:
- Achieve minimum 30,000 SQ FT plotted area sales every month.
- Drive direct bookings, CP-generated bookings, investor sales, and inventory movement.
Team Structure Under Sales Head :
- 4 Site Sales Executives – Igatpuri
- 2 CP Sourcing Executives – Mumbai Hybrid
- Coordination with marketing and CRM teams
Team Management Responsibilities :
- Manage complete site sales operations
- Monitor performance of Igatpuri sales team
- Handle Mumbai CP sourcing coordination
- Conduct daily review meetings
- Assign sales targets and responsibilities
- Track productivity and reporting
Channel Partner Responsibilities :
- Build strong broker and CP ecosystem
- Conduct CP meetings and presentations
- Activate inactive brokers
- Handle commission coordination and broker concerns
- Generate bookings through CP network
- Organize broker site visits and activation events
Sales & Closure Responsibilities :
- Monitor site visit planning and execution
- Improve visit-to-booking conversion ratio
- Handle investor meetings and project walkthroughs
- Manage negotiations and token closures
- Coordinate payment follow-ups
Revenue & Target Management :
- Monitor inventory movement and revenue contribution
- Track booking performance and conversion ratios
- Ensure consistent sales pipeline movement
Site Experience & Hospitality :
- Ensure premium hospitality during site visits
- Coordinate pickup/drop and visit experiences
- Maintain premium project presentation standards
Daily Work Structure :

Experience & Eligibility :
- 5–10 years real estate sales experience mandatory
- Team handling experience mandatory
- Plotting/farmhouse/second-home experience preferred
Salary & Benefits :
- Fixed Salary: ₹70,000 – ₹90,000/-
