Technical Execution and Supervision
Setting out and leveling: Translating design drawings onto the ground by marking boundaries, foundations, and levels.
Drawing interpretation: Checking technical designs, plans, and quantities to ensure absolute accuracy before work begins.
Resolving issues: Providing immediate technical advice and troubleshooting engineering difficulties on-site.
Quality and Safety Compliance
Quality control: Inspecting materials, workmanship, and structural elements (such as steel frameworks and concrete pours) to meet standards.
Health and safety: Enforcing strict safety regulations, ensuring proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and mitigating hazards.
Regulatory adherence: Liaising with local authorities and inspectors to maintain legal and environmental compliance.
Coordination and Documentation
Team collaboration: Communicating instructions clearly to workers, subcontractors, architects, and suppliers.
