We are seeking a highly motivated, target-driven B2B Sales Executive to join our remote sales team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of B2B sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to engage with potential clients effectively.
This role is suitable for individuals who are proactive, confident in sales conversations, and motivated to achieve consistent sales targets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Generate and identify qualified leads by researching and targeting potential B2B clients.
- Conduct lead outreach through channels like - cold calling, Instagram outreach , email outreach, and other relevant platforms.
- Connect with prospective clients, understand their requirements, and build strong business relationships.
- Present and pitch services effectively to qualified leads and convert opportunities into successful sales.
- Handle client objections professionally and guide prospects through the sales process.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads to improve conversion rates.
- Maintain, update, and track client records, lead status, and sales activities using Excel sheets.
- Prepare sales reports and share updates on lead progress and performance.
Requirements :
- 1 to2 years of experience in B2B inside sales & lead generation.
- Basic understanding of B2B sales processes and client acquisition.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong objection handling and negotiation abilities.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated approach.
- Comfortable working remotely with a stable internet connection.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel for data entry, tracking, and maintaining records.
