Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor with a strong background in commercial interior fit-out projects to oversee on-site activities. The candidate will be responsible for supervising daily site operations, coordinating with contractors and vendors, ensuring quality standards, and completing projects within timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site execution of commercial interior fit-out projects.
- Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, electricians, HVAC teams, and other vendors.
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
- Monitor quality control and finishing standards.
- Manage site manpower and daily work allocation.
- Track material delivery, usage, and inventory on site.
- Ensure site safety standards and compliance.
- Coordinate with project managers, designers, and clients during project execution.
- Prepare daily site reports and progress updates.
- Resolve site-level technical and execution issues.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of commercial interior fit-out execution.
- Ability to read and understand interior drawings and BOQs.
- Experience managing multiple vendors and site workers.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic understanding of site measurements and quality checks.
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Construction Management.
- Experience in office interiors, retail stores, hospitality, or commercial spaces.
- Familiarity with site documentation and project tracking.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per hour
