About the Role
We are looking for a highly energetic, intelligent, and tech-savvy Executive Assistant (Management Trainee) to work directly with senior leadership. This is an excellent opportunity for ambitious graduates who want hands-on exposure to business operations, strategy, decision-making, and leadership.
The selected candidate will support management in day-to-day business activities while gaining practical experience across multiple business functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage emails, calendars, meetings, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Prepare reports, presentations, and MIS dashboards
- Conduct research and data analysis using AI tools
- Handle business communication and documentation
- Track projects and ensure timely execution
- Support leadership in operational and strategic initiatives
- Coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets skills
- Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills
- Fast typing and documentation abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High level of ownership and accountability
