What is this Role About?
As a Management Intern, you will directly impact BrightChamps' growth by re-engaging candidates who didn't complete their hiring process. You'll reach out via phone conversations to understand their concerns, provide clarity on opportunities, and encourage them to complete the recruitment journey. This role is critical for maintaining a positive candidate experience and improving hiring conversion rates
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Outreach: Call candidates who paused or didn't complete the hiring process to re-engage them
- Voice Communication: Conduct professional, persuasive phone conversations to understand candidate concerns and barriers
- Process Guidance: Clearly explain the hiring process, role expectations, and BrightChamps' value proposition to interested candidates
- Concern Resolution: Address candidate queries about compensation, work location, role details, and company culture
- Data Recording: Log all call outcomes, candidate feedback, and follow-up requirements in the recruitment system
- Follow-up Management: Schedule callback times and interview slots for candidates willing to continue
- Candidate Experience: Ensure every candidate feels valued and receives timely, respectful communication
- Reporting: Share daily/weekly metrics on calls made, conversion rates, and candidate feedback trends
Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
