Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL DO

Deliver accurate, timely, and compliant fund administration and reporting services across multiple product structures including ETFs, CITs, and alternative funds.

Support end-to-end processes spanning invoicing, performance analytics, regulatory filings, and financial reporting, while maintaining strong controls and governance.

Work closely with cross-functional teams (Operations, Finance, Compliance, and Technology) to validate data, resolve discrepancies, and ensure high-quality investor and regulatory reporting outputs.

Contribute to audit readiness, certification processes, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and control effectiveness.
KEY REPONSIBILITIES:
Fund Administration & Expense Management
-
Perform and validate UCITS invoicing and Sub-TA invoice analysis, ensuring accuracy of fees and underlying data.

Support monthly expense reviews and budget analysis through variance identification and reporting.
Performance Analytics & Reporting
-
Conduct monthly performance reviews across multiple portfolios.
-
Validate performance against benchmarks and external data sources (e.g., FactSet) and highlight discrepancies.
Regulatory Filings & Compliance
-
Review and validate SEC filings (N-PORT, N-MFP, Form PF, CPO-PQR) for completeness and regulatory compliance.

Support global reporting requirements (e.g., MAS, KPMG reporting) across reporting cycles.

Ensure timely submission and audit readiness of all regulatory deliverables.
Financial Reporting & Statements

Prepare and review consolidated financial statements (monthly) and support annual/semi-annual reporting cycles.

Review financial statements, schedules of investments, and TSRs to ensure disclosure accuracy and consistency.

Assist in data preparation and coordination with external providers (e.g., SST).
Product & Investor Reporting
-
Review SEC yields, distribution yields, and ETF-related disclosures.

Prepare 19a-1 notices and support investor reporting requirements.

Ensure accuracy and completeness of investor-facing deliverables.
Data Quality, Controls & Continuous Improvement
-
Perform first-level review and validation controls across reporting datasets.
-
Identify process gaps and drive automation and efficiency initiatives.
-
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure end-to-end data integrity and process standardization.
Qualifications:
WHO YOU ARE:
-
Bachelor’s degree (accounting, finance, or business) or equivalent.
-
Overall 4–6 years of experience with 2+ years in fund accounting & administration.
-
Working knowledge of security types (equities and fixed income), Mutual funds and CIT.
-
Demonstrated analytical, problem‑solving, time‑management, decision‑making, interpersonal, and communication skills.
-
Detail‑oriented; able to work independently, meet deadlines, handle multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.
SKILLS THAT HELP YOU TO STAND OUT:

Experience with performance and yield calculations for mutual funds and CITs.

Experience with mutual fund and/or CIT financial reporting requirements required (Ex: N-CSR, N-PORT, N-CEN, CPO-PQR, N-MFP).

Experience utilizing MyState Street preferred.

Ability to review and validate large volumes of data by applying data quality principles (accuracy, completeness, consistency, timeliness).

Escalate issues with standard process to more senior levels w. initial problem solving; application of own judgement.

Should independently manage complex interactions/dialogue - issue resolution of less complex matters , not only transactional matters
-
Critical thinking of issues should begin; not just a hand-off escalation but initial thinking through of next steps.
