Location: Viceroy Luxury Mountain Resort & Spa, Munnar
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure overall upkeep and maintenance of the resort (interior & exterior)
- Handle routine electrical works and repairs
- Conduct daily room inspections and submit maintenance reports
- Attend and resolve guest maintenance complaints promptly
- Perform basic troubleshooting of air conditioning systems
- Carry out plumbing repairs and maintenance
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations
- Ensure all equipment and facilities are functioning efficiently
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and AC systems
- Prior experience in hotel/resort maintenance preferred
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently
- Responsible and proactive approach to work
