Location: KINFRA Mega Food Park, Kanjikode, Palakkad, Kerala
We are looking for an experienced and skilled FFS Packing Machine Operator to join our Production / Packing team.

FFS Packing Machine Operator
Qualification
- ITI preferred
- Candidates with relevant hands-on FFS machine operating experience will also be considered
Experience
2–3 years of experience in FFS/VFFS packing machine operation, preferably in the Food / FMCG / Packaging industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor FFS packing machines efficiently.
- Set and adjust machine parameters according to product and pouch requirements.
- Ensure accurate filling weight, proper pouch formation, sealing and cutting.
- Monitor machine performance and minimize downtime and packing material wastage.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and routine machine cleaning/maintenance.
- Check packed products for leakage, sealing defects and weight variation.
- Maintain production and machine records.
- Follow GMP, food hygiene, safety procedures and company SOPs.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality and Maintenance teams.
- Maintain cleanliness and 5S standards in the packing area.
