Job Summary:
We are looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with hands-on experience in ISBM (Injection Stretch Blow Molding) and EBM (Extrusion Blow Molding) machines. The role involves ensuring smooth machine operations through effective maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of ISBM & EBM machines.
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
Maintain and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
Conduct routine inspections and servicing of machinery.
Support production team for achieving maximum machine efficiency.
Maintain proper maintenance logs and documentation.
Assist in installation, commissioning, and trials of machines.
Ensure availability and management of spare parts inventory.
Implement continuous improvement practices for better performance.
Follow safety norms and maintenance standards strictly.
Key Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of ISBM & EBM machines
Good understanding of blow molding process
Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics systems
Ability to read technical drawings and manuals
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Good communication and teamwork
Qualifications:
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
