Position: Pantry Assistant
Department: Kitchen / F&B Production
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of salads, sandwiches, cold dishes, and basic pantry items.
- Prepare and arrange ingredients required for daily operations.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of food items.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the pantry section.
- Support chefs during service and food preparation.
- Follow standard recipes, food safety, and hygiene guidelines.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the supervisor.
- Minimize food wastage and maintain quality standards.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations.
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
Experience: 0–2 years in a pantry or kitchen role.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 per month
