We're a growing career-guidance and education brand (Logical Career) looking for a warm, well-spoken person to manage client calls, scheduling, and coordination - and grow into a Career Counsellor role over the coming months.
This is not a typical telecalling job. You'll start on the front office, but the real path is toward counselling students and parents on career and stream decisions, using our structured frameworks and training. If you enjoy talking to people, explaining things clearly, and want to build a career in the guidance/education space, this role is designed to grow with you.
What you'll do to start:
– Handle incoming and outgoing client calls and in-person visits (Hindi & English)
– Schedule sessions, manage follow-ups, and keep client records organised
– Be the first point of contact for students and parents reaching out
Where it leads (3–6 months in):
– Training on our career-counselling methodology
– Shadowing live sessions, then delivering standard counselling sessions under supervision
We're looking for someone who:
– Communicates clearly and warmly in both Hindi and English
– Is organised, reliable, and comfortable on the phone
– Is a graduate (M.A. Psychology, BBA, or similar is a strong plus)
– Is genuinely interested in education, careers, and helping people — and wants to learn
What we offer:
– ₹16,000/month base, plus generous performance incentives (easily up to ₹8,000-12,000/month)

Location: Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur - in-office role.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
